PlatePushAfter an initial assessment, I will create a program that is specifically tailored to your needs and goals. My goal is to help you realize your fullest potential.

Assessments include:
Body composition
Height/weight
Movement screening
Flexibility screening
Posture analysis

Initial Fitness assessment always complimentary.

All sessions are 1 hour

1st session: We will start with any kind of corrective exercises for general movement patterns as well myofacial release techniques. We will then begin the workout program that has been designed specifically for your goals. The last few minutes of the session will be for stretching.

Strength and conditioning
Kettle bells
TRX Suspension
Olympic weightlifting
Nutrition counseling and coaching
Weight loss
Pre/post natal fitness

Each training session is 1 hour. We will always begin with mobility soft tissue work and corrective movements to warm up. Moving on to the main exercises based on the goals we have set.
